Decided to try Tilapia Fish w/kinda the same recipe I made up for the salmon that I posted last week; only I used yellow onions instead of the green with the tilapia. Came out alright though I preferred the Salmon dish.
I really like it; easy clean up. You have to condition it with olive before first use and then it works as advertised. (Rub olive oil on pan, and place over heat for a few minutes and wipe clean w/a dry towel and then it's ready for use.) Meat works fabulous in it. The only thing that stuck in it for me was minced garlic, but I ran some hot oil over the empty skillet after finished cooking and it wiped clean. I ordered the complete set I liked it so much, and I really love the non toxic aspect...no non stick chemical surface. Hope that helps.
So how do you like this pan? Is it worth buying?

ReplyDeleteDoes the pan warp or is it pretty solid? That does help. Thanks!
