Dehydrated Ginger!

 I FINALLY had time to use my food dehydrator for the first time this weekend!  I dehydrator fresh GINGER.  Most people know ginger is soooo healthy...stomach ache relief, menstrual cramp relief, morning sickness relief, helps with motion sickness relief, heartburn relief, cold and flu relief, migraine relief, may help slow down growth of ovarian & colon cancer cells, chills as ginger is a natural body warmer, inflammation relief
 The finished dehydrated ginger
 Fresh Raw Ginger
 Cut Skin Off
 Boiled in Water On Stovetop Until Water Evaporated
 Added Stevia to the Water to naturally Sweeten Ginger

 Transferred Cooked Ginger to Food Dehydrator
Dehydrated in For 8 Hours and Vahlah!
