A group of friends enjoyed a lovely dinner last night with Mr. and Mrs. Githembe who are visiting the USA all the way from Africa for mincon. The Githembe's set such a wonderful example. It was an honor to "break bread" although we had no bread, :-) with them! :-)

Below: A twist of a "fruit salad" with spinach and strawberry dressing. I forgot to take a photo of main course, but we had, smoked brisket, asparagus pan seared in butter, fresh garlic, and sea salt, honey potatoes roasted in butter, olive oil, and fresh garlic, and tiramisu for dessert.
