½ cup vegetable oil
1 lime, squeezed
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
½ teaspoons lemon pepper
½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
½ teaspoons salt
12 corn or brown rice tortillas heated
½ cup red cabbage, shredded
1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
8 ounces salsa
8 ounces mayonnaise

Combine the fish, ½ of the oil, lime juice, cilantro, lemon pepper, red pepper and salt in a plastic bag, and let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then, sauté the fish, using the rest of the oil, for about 5 minutes. Set fish aside, and flake it with a fork to separate.
Now, cover your tortillas with paper towels, and heat them in the microwave about 20 seconds until warm. Finally, take a tortilla and fill it with the fish, cabbage, avocado slices, salsa and mayonnaise.
