I finally printed "the prelude" to the cookbook that I'm working on with my dad who is a retired certified professional chef who is putting a chapter of his own in the cookbook. We're about two months out from publishing. This prelude features photos and descriptions of a few of my culinary creation favorites that will be listed in our cookbook. Excited to have this photo portfolio of some of my culinary arts in print and in my hand, now on to the professional cookbook!
