Homemade Fresh Spearmint Jelly!

 Went over to my parents early this morning and my mom was generous and allowed me to pick some fresh spearmint from her garden.
 Boiled the fresh spearmint
 Added Stevia to sweeten, organic lime juice to give jelly a tangy taste, and added pectin to make the jelly gel.
 Made homemade non gluten biscuits from organic brown rice flour
Spread healthy, sugarfree fresh spearmint jelly on top of biscuit.  Yummy, healthy, and easy on the waist.
