Dad's Custom Tie

Here is a photo of my dad wearing the tie I made him for Father's Day.  He loves it and that makes me happy!  It's made of chocolate satin.

Sugar Free Berry Popsicles

 FINALLY made easy sugar free berry popsicles!  I have always loved summertime and popsicles, but most of the store bought kinds are loaded with corn syrup, sugar, food coloring, perservatives, and other unhealthy products.  These sugar free berry frozen pops are just as satisfying and yummy made from all natural real whole foods and sugar free, but are as sweet as regular popsicles sweetened with stevia.  I can almost guarantee that no one can tell that these are sugar free..they taste just the same as the kind with sugar and just as sweet. (I think they taste better than store bought popsicles, but I'm biased :-) )  Below are ingredients I used except I forgot to photograph the fresh strawberries.



How Father's Day Went

 I made brown rice flour blueberry crumble for breakfast...Yummy!

 Presented my dad his chocolate colored satin necktie that I handsewed for him  :-)! LOVE the bag that I presented it to him in.

 Our neighbors dog came over to say her usual Sunday hello to me as I looked at her through my screen door.

 Her big brown eyes lured me outside and I gave her a piece of salmon...yeah spoiled dog!

 My brother and I took my dad on a Sunday casual drive and then ended up eating at Mazzio's pizza in Guthrie.

Ladies Striped Swimming Suit Cover Up!

 Summer is officially here!  Time to hit the beach and pools again.  Created a feminine ladies swimming suit cover up forr those wanting to be more modest and fashionable while outside of the water.  Made of stretchy fabric.  One size fits all those with average size waists.  This swimming suit cover up will go on sale in CCoatsOfManyColours Etsy Shop.

Homemade Fresh Spearmint Jelly!

 Went over to my parents early this morning and my mom was generous and allowed me to pick some fresh spearmint from her garden.

 Boiled the fresh spearmint

 Added Stevia to sweeten, organic lime juice to give jelly a tangy taste, and added pectin to make the jelly gel.

 Made homemade non gluten biscuits from organic brown rice flour

Spread healthy, sugarfree fresh spearmint jelly on top of biscuit.  Yummy, healthy, and easy on the waist.

 Meanwhile I made a few pizzas, threw them in the oven, and everyone had some dinner.

 After the winners were announced and the prized given, everyone decided to take turns singing karaoke.  I was thrilled with what a lively fun group they were!  Above is Sherry Beezley singing karaoke to a song!

 Anthony Chibarirwe sang karaoke to a song.  It was a song I hadn't heard in years and I couldn't remember the name of it, but I liked it! 

It's no secret that Jamie Hawkins, A Young Ambassador, can sing!  Unlike everyone else, she ditched the computer and the backup music and sang with no music.  Go Jamie, you sounded great!

Yummy Non Gluten Treats

 A friend asked me to bake a weeks supply of sugarfree and non gluten treats for them this week...so I spent a good part of the day working on their order.  I started with brown rice flour sugarfree blueberry muffins. Of course I used all natural pure stevia to sweeten. Came out absolutely yummy.  Recipe for these will be featured in my non gluten cookbook!
