Culinary Elegance's Version of Melissa Brown's Blackened Chicken

The Culinary Elegance version of Melissa Brown's blackened chicken recipe shown last week on this blog. It turned out yummy...I added potatoes to the mix. Wow! Next time I have dinner guests beef is NOT what's for dinner, but blackened chicken!
