Gladys W. is one of the most sharing friends that I am blessed to have as a friend. She inspires me to step up my game and share. She got me this skirt as a gift, so the goal is to design just the right top, preferably, velvet, to wear with this skirt. I have a top that I can wear now with it, but I'd like to design one specifically for this purpose. The question is the matter of time to design and sew it. Shouldn't be too hard once an idea comes to mind.
